Now you can find out, how we produce our cured sausages … and taste them. Martínez Somalo is located in the heart of La Rioja, in Baños de Río Tobía. If you organize a group of at least 12 persons, we will be pleased to show you our modern installations and historic part.

You will enjoy our 90 minutes visit, in which you will see all the processes, from the arrival of the meat until the product is ready for consumption. We offer you a tasting session to conclude your visit in the best way possible.
