Therefore, this CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY POLICY is approved, along with the following:

We are committed to integrating all company departments, achieving the active participation of all staff, with the fundamental idea that Food Safety, Quality, and commitment to Social and Environmental Responsibility are everyone’s responsibility.
HUMAN RIGHTS
We adopt appropriate measures to guarantee absolute respect for Human Rights, as enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, avoiding any type of violation thereof, both within our company and in its area of influence.
We reject any manifestation of physical, psychological, or moral harassment, abuse of authority, or any other conduct that intimidates or offends the rights of individuals.
COMMITMENT TO QUALITY AND FOOD SAFETY
We are committed to complying with all legal and regulatory requirements applicable to our products throughout the entire production chain, as well as with the requirements established by our customers and other stakeholders. To this end, we rigorously apply international quality and food safety standards, such as the IFS (International Featured Standards) and the BRC (British Retail Consortium) standards, which allow us to guarantee the complete traceability of raw materials, processes, and final products. All of this is done with the goal of driving Continuous Improvement and achieving maximum satisfaction for our customers and all stakeholders.
As a fundamental pillar of our organization, we maintain a highly trained multidisciplinary team committed to promoting, transmitting, and continuously strengthening our Food Safety Culture. This team works in an integrated and coordinated manner to ensure that all production processes are carried out under strict safety standards, ensuring the production of safe, authentic, and high-quality food for consumption.
Regarding Animal Welfare, we have official animal welfare certification, which attests to our rigorous compliance with the most demanding regulations and standards in this area. We work exclusively with certified suppliers who comply with current regulations, thus ensuring integrity and respect for animals throughout the supply chain.
WORK ETHICS
We consider transparency, integrity, and business ethics to be fundamental foundations in all our relationships, whether labor, commercial, or social. Therefore, we are committed to strictly complying with all legislation specific to the meat industry, general business legislation, and any applicable regulations, acting honestly in all our operations, with respect and social responsibility.
We promote an environment of respect and dignity by committing to maintaining a work environment in which all people are treated with respect and dignity, categorically rejecting any form of violence, harassment (verbal, psychological, or sexual), intimidation, exploitation, or mistreatment.
We are committed to working with integrity and transparency to prevent and prohibit bribery of all employees, as well as organizations or collaborators acting for or on behalf of the company.
We reject forced labor. Our company adopts labor practices aligned with ILO international conventions, guaranteeing the free will of all employees.
We apply fair and legal working conditions, guaranteeing a safe and healthy work environment, fully complying with current legislation regarding wages, working hours, breaks, labor rights, and contractual conditions.

This Code of Ethics, Quality, Environment, and Food Safety Policy, applies to all company employees, managers and middle management, suppliers, external collaborators, and contractors. Its application is supervised by the Ethics Committee; violations due to non-compliance may lead to disciplinary measures in accordance with internal regulations and current legislation. This document will be reviewed and updated periodically to ensure its validity and compliance with legal or strategic changes.
