Currently, we have two production centers in Baños de Río Tobía, in the heart of La Rioja. Altogether, more than 16.000 m2, equipped with the most modern technology, where we produce the most traditional chorizos and Serrano hams.
Our drying rooms with controlled temperature allow an absolute control of the environmental conditions around the product. Humidity and constant temperature, so the process is as natural as possible. As in the past, but better.
Nowadays we have in our drying rooms a stock of more than 350.000 ham pieces. Also other thousands of products, chorizos, pork loins, salchichones…that complete the catalogue Martínez Somalo.
